This product is lactose and gluten free.
75g (3oz) pudding rice
25g (1oz) caster sugar
750ml (1.2 pints) Provamel sweetened Soya milk
2 drops of vanilla essence
1. Preheat the oven to Gas mark 3, 170 C (325 F)
2. Place the rice, sugar, Soya milk and vanilla essence in a two pint shallow, ovenproof dish and stir.
3. Cook in the oven for thirty minutes.
4. Lower the temperature to 150 C, Gas Mark 2 (300 F) and cook for 1.5 – 2 hours.
