A very simple cake which is gluten, wheat and dairy free. It does contain nuts and a huge amount of calories. Great for special occasions.
100g (4oz) Dairy Free margarine
1. Pre heat the oven to 180 C, Gas mark 4.
2. Line a 15 cm, 6” baking tin. (Round).
3. Cream together the margarine and sugar.
4. Beat in the eggs.
5. Fold in the rest of the ingredients.
6. Pour into the tin and bake for 35 mins.
7. Allow to cool before turning out.
