This product is gluten and dairy free.
75g (3oz) Gluten free flour
.5 Level tsp of bicarbonate of soda
75g (3oz) Soft brown sugar
75g (3oz) Rolled oats
75g (3oz) Dairy free Margarine
1 Tbsp Golden syrup
1. Light the oven on Gas Mark 5 , 170 C.
2. Grease a baking sheet
3. Mix together flour, sugar, bicarbonate of soda and oats.
4. Heat the margarine and syrup together in a small pan.
5. Pour liquid into the flour mixture. Form a dough.
6. Shape into 1" wide balls.
7. Set well apart on a baking tray.
8. Bake until golden brown.
