100g (4oz) Dairy Free margarine
75g (3oz) caster sugar
2 eggs
25g (2oz) Gluten free flour
50g (2oz) Ground almonds
50g (2oz) chopped cherries
50g (2oz) desiccated coconut
50g (2oz) sultanas
1 teaspoon of gluten free baking powder

1. Pre heat the oven to 180 C, Gas mark 4.

2. Line a 15 cm, 6 baking tin. (Round).

3. Cream together the margarine and sugar.

4. Beat in the eggs.

5. Fold in the rest of the ingredients.

6. Pour into the tin and bake for 35 mins.

7. Allow to cool before turning out.
