This product is easy to make and gluten and dairy free.
65g (2.5oz) Gluten Free Flour
65g (2.5oz) Rice Flour
Heaped teaspoon of baking powder
75g (3oz) sugar
100g (4oz) dairy free margarine
1 egg yolk
5 glace cherries
1. Line and grease a large baking tray.
2. Mix all the ingredients together and place in little mounds on the baking tray. (should make ten).
3. Add half a cherry onto each mound.
4. Bake for 12min 190 C Gas Mark 5
