This product is easy to make and gluten and dairy free.


65g (2.5oz) Gluten Free Flour (Doves Farm)

65g (2.5oz) Rice Flour (Doves Farm)

Heaped teaspoon of gluten free baking powder

75g (3oz) sugar

100g (4oz) dairy free margarine

1 egg yolk

50g (2oz) plain chocolate chips


1. Line and grease a large baking tray.

2. Cream together the margarine and sugar.

3. Add in the egg yolk gradually.

4. Stir in the chocolate.

5. Add in the flour gradually and then the baking powder. If the dough is a little sticky, add some more rice flour.

6. Roll the dough into small balls and place on the baking tray. (evenly space).

7. Bake for 12min 190 C Gas Mark 5 (These cookies go firm when cooled)
