This product is suitable for Vegans as well as vegetarians. It is also wheat and Dairy free.
225g (9oz) Tin of Kidney Beans
225g (9oz) Tinned Chopped Tomatoes
1 tablespoon of tomato puree
1 clove of garlic
250g (10oz) Quorn Mince
Half a teaspoon of chilli powder
1 Tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper
One teaspoon of fresh, chopped parsley
1. Chop the onion finely and then fry it in the olive oil until soft. Add the garlic and fry for a further two minutes.
2. Take the pan off the light and add all the rest of the ingredients except the water.
3. Return to the heat and cook for one minute. Then add the water and simmer for five minutes.
4. Serve with boiled white rice.
